Welcome to Jewel Frame. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of jewelframe.myshopify.com (the "Site") and any digital products purchased from it (the "Products"). By placing an order or using this Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our Products.

1. About Jewel Frame

2. Nature of the product
Jewel Frame sells a digital library of AI image prompts for jewellery photography. The Product is delivered electronically, typically as access to an online prompt library, and does not include physical goods, photography services, or AI generation credits. Results depend on the AI tool you use, the input photo you provide, and factors outside our control.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or using the Site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase.

4. Orders and payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through Razorpay. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment details provided are accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

5. Delivery
Access to your Product is delivered to the email address provided at checkout, typically within a few minutes of successful payment. It is your responsibility to provide a correct and active email address. Please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting support.

6. License to use
On successful payment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the prompts for your personal or business jewellery photography, including for marketing, e-commerce listings, and paid advertising. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the prompt library or its contents as a standalone product.

7. Refunds and cancellations
Please refer to our separate Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including the prompts, layout, copy, and branding, is the property of Jewel Frame / Everyday Co and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of liability
Jewel Frame provides the Product on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific image outcomes, as results depend on third-party AI tools we do not control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts where Everyday Co operates.
